Were greeted with not so friendly “Toilet only for customers” and our family of six were not allowed to all sit at the same table. Service otherwise decent and the view is great. Edit: The restrictions mentioned in the reply here must have been very local, because no other restaurant in Winterberg had this restriction.

The best view and service in Winterberg... outstanding! Only thing is, they could have more and more interesting vegetarian options, maybe just a few more options in general.
I was initially excited to get here as I was here some 30 years ago while competeting on the bob track during a worldcup event. It's the Bobhaus in name only the two muppets service had as much interest in the history and area as they did in their work and customers which was non existing. View was lovly mind.
We appreciate that you defend your employees even though they are rude and ask the customers who come mostly with children to leave without their consent. A very bad experience in the restaurant and would have been nice if they were polite.
Crowded, overpriced filthy coffee and you have to pay to use the bathroom. Also icy dangerous trip to the front door on the opposite site of the building. When you manage to get a seat fast service though. Do yourself a pleasure (as we would say in Holland) and go 50 meters downhill to Panorama. Better in every regard.
Poor service, high prices
Avarege and same food you can find everywhere, but view to mountains is great. Service very good, price also ok, nothing special a part the view
