This company handled a parking lot in a ski resort in Winterberg, and they directed other clients to park in a way that blocked our car. It was a last day and we wanted to leave sooner because of the long drive, but we ended up waiting for hours for other guests to come to their car and free us. THE SECURITY GUARD LIED (that the other car did not pay for the parking, had arrived there on their own: but it had a parking ticket under its windshield), then it started YELLING and was AGGRESSIVE (when we protested). Also, he was QUITE DRUNK.
