Don't go there if you have other options. What we experienced is consistent with other review that i read: - Ski teachers are 'ok', and probably similar to others schools - as always depends on who you get, some are excellent, others are so so - Organization is a disaster: apart from every morning chaos, we also needed more organization as no snow on their slope, so we had to move to another slope.. the organization was not only disorganized, inflexible but the worst was the manager, who is arrogant, unfriendly, rude etc... As we were with a large group, it was difficult to work out for all, while being bullied by the manager. The peak period and unusual lack of snow does not excuse the poor organization and customer communication. - Another reason for low star: their slope does not guarantee snow (whereas most others are based on slopes with special snow canons that work non stop) - the 'small group' promo: not sure, as my kids were mostly with a group of 10. In case of low students (3), they converted to 'private class', meaning only half of the time

I was on a holiday at Landall with the company (Beeldenfabriek) and I had ski lessons this weekend (7, 8 and 9 feb) from TIMO and FRANCESCA --\u003e Both were really good! I learned a lot! TIMO is very responsible and patient. While teaching, he also makes sure the piste stays safe. He tells people to move out of the way from the top of the lifts and in general looks after everyone. Helps people where ever he can. That makes me, the student, feel very safe and in good hands. FRANCESCA was also very nice and patient. She gave me good tips and advice, and taught me the right stance, which gave the whole experience of coming down the hill a bit of elegance ;) Kind regards, Jakob Dees

If you want horrible manners and a I don't give a @&# about your business attitude this seems the right place to be. No hello when walking in and being ignored makes you feel very welcome at least colleagues are welcomed in but a customer that's such a nasty thing.... And the first comment you get is you should have made reservations.... Yes there still was room but we decided to take our lessons elsewhere.

Rude employees who curse at you for trying to clarify certain events and \teachers\ who mess around with eachother and dont pay attention to their students. They also take beginners down steep parts, which is kind of dangerous.
