I never skied in my life. My girlfriend and I took a one hour private lesson in English. The instructor taught us how to brake (pizza punt) and how to make curves. It was the necessary and after the lesson I went down the hill. It was awesome! At least the lesson worked for me!! Maybe you think you don't need it. But in my case, I didn't even touch a ski until that day so it worked for me!

The trainers are good, but I think this location is not the best for beginner children.

Booked a course online for 2.5 hours but since there was only one person for this course it didn’t happen. Instead, they offered a 45 min personal trainer for the booking made. It’s mentioned on Clause no. 5 of the terms and condition you accept while booking. I didn’t read that (old habit). On one hand inarguably this is better learning wise when compared to a group of 5-6 or more people. But 2.5 hours certainly gives you more time to practice, specially if you are a absolute beginner. I would have liked more time as it took 15-20 min to get used to the skies and even stand. The trainer was good.

My 7 year old learned skiing in 3 days and had alot of fun. Teachers were good with the kids, calm, knowledgeable, and pedagogic. Then again, kids are "easy targets" and I and the other parents were less impressed. (1) Lack of clarity: Kids were assigned ad hoc to groups based on their levels so it was unclear in which group they would be placed. While I understand the necessity of spontaneous decision making, it would have been easy to point out beforehand that lift passes will be needed for level 2. As it were, teachers had to buy passes for kids who didn't have any, causing frustration and everyone's time. (2) Lack of clarity: When assembling in the morning it turned out there were 2 pairs of 2 kids of the same skill level. 2 teachers with 2 kids each then reduced the time from 2.5 to 1.5 hours. This seems totally fair- as long as the rules are announced beforehand. Now, all parents got upset and felt ripped off. Totally unnecessary. (3) Weak team geist: Seeing teachers snap and lash out at each other does not inspire kids or parents... We even had a teacher complaining about her colleague to the bystanding parents... Get your act together please! RECOMMENDATION TO PARENTS: The step from the beginner's patch (day 1 for my 7-year old) to the mountainside (day 2) is a big one and you better prepare them for that! They need to hook onto the lift and make it up by themselves! And they will need a lift pass for 16 EUR which is not included in the 40 EUR course fee.

They said it has to be booked on site and most students can be in course(snowboard for kids), no matter 1 day before on the day. When we asked today afternoon, but it is full, only private is available for the next few days. Never trust this school again and it is not recommended.

The worst customer service experience in my life. Totally not customer friendly, at least not the lady at the counter. I had problems communicating there, I am not german. Instructors were ok, not their fault that they did not speak almost any english. They didnt communicate at the counter how the lessons would look like, what time we should meet, etc. I missed half of my class, because nobody was able to tell me what time should we meet again that day (there was a break). Some fellow classmates told me 13.30, but it was 12.30... Well, not the best experience for a first skiing tryout in my life. I cant recommend this school, but if you really have no other options, get 1-1 private lessons.

Money machine. Beginning children are put in a group of 20, mostly waiting in line and freezing. Learn nothing. No fun.

Vielen Dank für die tollen Stunden! Unsere beiden Kinder hatten ursprünglich zwei Stunden gebucht. Macht weiter so!
