I took my car in recently for a couple new tires as one had several leaks and was needing replaced. I was told they couldn’t put the new tires on because my ball joints were “shot” and it was going to be nearly 400 to get them replaced. My husband is a former mechanic so he was going to replace them, but went to do it and they didn’t even need replaced. I was very pleased with everyone i talked to on the phone and during the drop off and pick up, so it was really disappointing and frustrating. What should have been an easy in and out service turned into a huge inconvenience and unfortunately i won’t be taking my business back there.
