i do not suggest ever using The Finishing Touch aka Rhapsody Rose in winterset for flowers. i ordered flowers over the phone on the 9th for my stepdaughters funeral. the lady that took my order did not have any examples of what bouquts or arrangements they had, she just asked me what am i willing to spend and told me she would make something with that amount. she promised to send me a picture of the arrangement that i paid 50.15 for. I never got it. We have been trying to get thru to them since that weekend. I got thru today and the lady that answered today told me they have no pictures of this arrangement. and made it sound like if we had been at the funeral this wouldnt be a problem that their business did not provide good service or follow thru with their promises. Horrible customer service!!!

Everybody is always helpful n polite.
Great, affordable tanning beds and infrared sauna - to help with the Iowa Winter \blahs\. As of now, they do flowers also, so one of the few flower shops around. Staff has always been super helpful and friendly.
