My Truth

I'm am highly upset and feel ripped off. I bought a "brand new" washer and within 2 months it isn't working properly. I was told if I had a problem it would be switched out and I would be given a loaner. NOT TRUE. I called and was told I bought a low end model and a 3rd party would be involved; a repairman from gville. After 2 months NOTHING SHOULD BE WRONG WITH THIS MACHINE. I WAS THEN TOLD IF I DIDN'T WANT IT REPAIRED I COULD GET A DIFFERENT ONE AND PAY THE DIFFERENCE. REALLY??? I DESERVE A NEW ONE. FROM WK ONE I COMPLAINED. NOW IT'S NOT WORKING PROPERLY AT ALL. I WAS TOLD THEY JUST SELL THEM. BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT THEY SAID WHEN THEY TOOK ALMOST 1000.

2018 Newly

I traveled to this place today and got a new laptop for myself. The female that was there had called me first to verify my info over the phone, she was so nice and polite. Then I had to go in the store to finish up my order, she was even nicer in person. Such a sweetheart. The sad thing about all that communication, I did not get her name. Anyway she knows who she is. I highly recommend this store to everyone who needs new items in their home. Oh yeah, I had an account with them in 2013 and they were great then as well. Nice and friendly people always will be back.
