Love this store and it's employees! I think they got a bad pallet of water. The plastic is so thin you have to be careful not to squeeze all the water out when opening it. Also most of the bottles don't stand on their own. :(

Huge shout out to Deeanna & Jimmy of the Thomas Langston Lowe’s in Greenville! When there were issues with picking up my on-line order, both of these employees went above and beyond to get it fixed! Jimmy even personally delivered the item! Amazing!! Thank you so much!

Got really nice tile on clearance (woohoo) and got quick help loading it. Right now there are a lot of choices of tile, flooring, cabinets, etc in stock, it used to be I had to special order anything unusual - so that has improved dramatically. But unfortunately the store is understaffed for answering questions, perhaps because of Covid.

No help in store, cashier double charged on item, had to spend extra 15 mins in customer service to get refunded for cashier's mistake, only person in whole store who was helpful was the customer service lady, I'll order online or drive farther to another retailer and pay more before I go here again!
