Very knowledgeable, helpful staff... they know their equipment, would recommend to anyone who needs parts, blades belts you name it they have it... if they dont have it they can get it for you. They also have a huge showroom with all kinds of neat John Deere items like powerwheels and pedal car backhoes, very competitive on prices too, cheaper than the big box chains!!

Their customer service is really bad. I went in and no one spoke to me except for the lady that works closer by the front entrance. It’s a shame. I feel if you’re a person of color, you get ignored there. I’ve spent over 2000 with them until I realized that Ron Ayers sold the same equipment I needed. So now I take all my business there because they take the time out and help anyone that walks in the store!

NEVER BUY OR SEEK REPAIR AT THIS DEALERSHIP Mowed lawn, parked in garage, had dealership pick up to change oil, blades and diagnose why difficult to turn. After numerous calls (from us)for almost 1 month! was (1)told needed small inexpensive part, on order (2)needed tool that had to be expressed to dealer (3)tool did not arrive yet (4)transmission is bad and that they had to push onto trailer when picked up. When told it WAS driving they basically called me liar

Awesome team in Winterville!! Driver in Winterville was very helpful brought my dad mower back my dad doesn't speak English well lucky the driver is bilingual and was able understand my dad and didn't leave my dad without any questions... Winterville has a great team ...service guys and the driver are great n the techs are wonderful!!!
