Had a great stay with a private balcony, upgraded internet, private jacuzzi access, and waking distance of excellent recreation& local services. This is a must stay place! Book early and often, enjoy!

We came here for the postcard view and that's exactly what we got! Oh, boy, it was hard to leave this place. Nothing fancy about the room, it's a simple space with a mini fridge, microwave and good size TV. What makes this a 5 star place is the patio with it's breathtaking scenery. It's arguably one of the best views on the planet. We visited over Christmas and woke up to a picturesque Hallmark card-like views every day. We were even gifted a white Christmas and got a snow flurry on the 25th. So perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. We visited Winthrop over Christmas to go fat biking and snow shoeing.The hotel is a hop, skip and a jump from Methow Trails and the Ice Skating Rink, and a 5-10 minute drive to the local grocery store, pizza place and within walking distance of coffee shops and retail stores. Everything is close and convenient.

Our go to place when visiting Winthrop, WA. Clean, quiet, walk to town or the main ski trails right from the hotel. Great place any season.

I stayed here over the summer and had a great time. The room had a nice view of the river and the chairs down below were placed right next to it that is very private. Right in the middle of downtown so driving is minimal and you can pretty walk to anywhere you need to go.

First time here. Pleasantly surprised, as suspected might be a bit rustic for us. No so. Nicely remodeled western-ish (?) decor, very clean, literally right on a river, great HVAC unit on 90 day. 5-7 min walk to furthest business. Suggestion: a more comfortable reading chair, w/higher wattage lamp. BTW H/T-Water System manager! Everyone in Winthrop seems to have best town/city water we've found in a **long** time. :\u003c)
