Been an in patient 11 times iin last 12 months have been on so many wards as an ex health care professional a long time ago now I sadly witnessed the decline in nursing care at the time. I am so pleased to find now the care professionalism and compassion showed by all the care teams has been extraordinary out of the hundreds of carers including domestic carers I can honestly say did I ever think one person was in the wrong job but were their by vocation amazing !! Thank you so much every body

How the wonderful staff manage to care for you and keep going on the food they serve in bowmens I don't know. Overpriced frozen chips and a very greasy soggy battered fish

I can never thank the staff on a&e enough or on the wards and the cleaners! Everyone of you kept me smiling through my pain and on Xmas too! Thank you so much for all you do and all the time you give others when you have families and lives yourself! Best hospital I've ever been in by far! I have just came out of this hospital with covid. I can honestly say the care I received from when the ambulance arrived to the minute I went home was absolutely 5 star. It was really emotional watching how hard, sincere and caring the staff were. They worked so hard in this awful covid time. Putting themselves and their families also at risk. Some of them themselves, only young some suffering from ptsd, from how traumatic it has been for them. So thankyou so much Arrowe park hospital.
