We couldn’t fault the helpfulness and efficiency of the staff. We rang this morning at half past 8 about an baby otter we had found and they went above and beyond to help him and us. They couldn’t keep him there as they didn’t have any other otters there to keep him with but within minutes the ball was rolling to get him somewhere with his own kind. Wonderful caring people and such a worthy cause Thank you all so much

I came across a blackbird today while talking to a neighbour, I said to my neighbour he's being brave trying to eat a worm!!!, well saying eating more like playing with it!?...I said that's not right, so I went close to see if he would fly away...no he just hopped... Awww poor thing must have hit window or something....anyways after trying to catch hopper around the garden like Rocky chasing a Chicken...lol ... I put him in the flower bed, give him a chance because of cats around....Checked a hour later, gone, thought nice 1....so half an hour a neighbour knocked at my door, and said come and have a look...she said a bird is underneath her window, and she's got a leaky boiler, and he was having a shower...aww no, here we go again, round 2...this time I said to neighbour this time I will take him inside...My neighbour planted a seed in my mind as she said is there any place it could be taken too..I said not that I know off...but because I having a cat, thought I'd give a Google a go and see..and I came across two loving people, who loves and helps any wildlife creature... I would definitely recommend them...not just professionaly, but great souls too...and do the best they can do for any wildlife creature....for my brief time in life with them...You just know, the blackbird be in the best care...who I must say, I got to name him Max...never thought I'd be doing that today, guess always a first I guess....1 last thing, goodluck little Max....should have named you Rocky....but I'm sure you will forgive me...lol...(chasing a blackbird around a garden, unbelievable.. lol ) Least he has a chance now, goodluck dude....-- first name Max, second name Rocky....\Max Rocky\ ps, strange, before I met Max, was in town, and I bought out of a charity shop a glass ornament for a pound....the ornament, had the Lord's phrase story, \ FOOTPRINTS\ strange how life is....!!!

The owner came to meet us out of hours to take in an early-fledgling that couldn't look after itself. Really great people, really great service, and clearly care a lot about animals
