I visited the store yesterday for some pipes etc etc to fit a macerator toilet all the 3 staff went above and beyond they gave us a full lesson in fitting a macerator brilliant guys super helpful
Without doubt the most helpful plumbing supply shop EVER! I had an old antique tap that I'd travelled miles around and no other plumbing shop could help me. No-one wanted to even try opening up what was simply a leaky tap innards! Most people just said, get a new one. I didn't want I new one and kept looking. This place was recommended and I know why! FIRST CLASS! And I have a fully working beautiful set of antique taps, all for 20p and a donation in the charity box!!!! It took them only around 15 minutes effort and I can't thank them enough! *****
