Graham was recommended to me by the place that I bought my piano from. He visited twice. The first time was to correct vibrations, knocking noises and other issues due to the piano being moved; which was affecting being able to play the piano. The second visit was to tune the piano. After each visit the piano sounded so much better and it sounds beautiful now. Graham is super friendly, professional, and very good at what he does. Will definitely use Graham again for each piano tuning. Thank you!

A big thank you to Mr Humphreys for such excellent work bringing our old neglected piano to 'concert' level. We had Mr Humphreys tuning two of our pianos, one piano (ours) was of average good condition but badly out of tune and the second was left in the house we moved in and was use for dance classes but it had been disuse and neglected for many, many years. The work he is done on both was excellent, specially on the older, neglected piano, which he has to do twice as it was so out of tune that strings could brake if push to far. He also replaced previously broken strings which had to settle before tuning completely. Thanks to his knowledge and work we managed to hold a children's concert at our venue and the old piano sounded fantastic and has a new lease of life. Extremely good value service. Thank you Angelo, Melanie and Angélica.

I first encountered Mr Humphreys many years ago. He has advised me greatly on all matters concerning piano's and related issues. If it was not for Mr Humphreys I would not be as tuned in as I am. I just love the poppy for this remembrance month, 2020.
