We’ve built three custom homes in Alaska and working with them was the best experience by far. Our first was in the early 90’s with a general contractor who only worked one home at a time; the second was a 2700 sq ft custom floor plan we designed and had built in the early 2000’s by probably the largest home construction company in the Mat-Su Valley. And then there is our last home, our dream home built for us by Wirtanen. We feel so blessed their schedule had an opening to fit us in to build our home. And the project manager Steven partnered us with was a perfect match. From the first day designing the home, to the very end final walk-through, it flowed smoothly. In the end, our home is exactly what we dreamed of and more. The entire process was wonderful and very rewarding. We consider ourselves so very lucky to have worked with Wirtanen and Joe to design and build our forever home. “Thank You” Wirtanen and Joe, for everything you have done.
