Rush internet doesn't work, they then tell me I need to pay R2000 give or take to fix it. So I must pay because their service doesn't work Please stay away. Plenty of honest wireless services out there. This has nothing to do with an insurance claim, the old modem is working fine, your internet that you provided is not working as advertised with the modem provided, now you want me to pay for a different modem to make your rush internet work.

We pay for a 20/20 line but get 0.47mbs download speed and 1.04 mbs upload speed. We can hardly use the wifi because it is so frustrating. This happenda multiple times a day constantly. We have never had the pleasure of fully experiencing the 20/20 line speed we pay for. When you call their call center the response is always that they dont have any issues with the network. I have multiple screenshots at different times showing just how slow the connection is.

Internet connectivity support poor.. Was down for hours on Sunday in the Kloofendal Roodepoort area and it was impossible to get hold of support I spent sy least 20mins twice on the support line waiting on support to no avail.. An email sent was eventually responded to and the problem resolved. On Monday night internet connectivity dropped again same issues on the support line and this time no response to emails sent.. On phoning support very early on Tuesday (4 am) all you get is a message 'voicemail for this line ie support is disabled' .. This Company does support poorly and simply does not have 24 hour support for this vital technology in this era of an always on environment.. Disappointing service support and a no care attitude is what one deduces from this experience...

We received only great service from Wirulink. We completed our application and payment on Friday and our wifi was installed on Tuesday (Two Working days later). The Customer Support we received from Rian Oosthuizen was also immaculate. Thank you for the professional and speedy service!
