I found the service excellent from the time \Ansar\ answered my call to the time the breakdown lorry arrived at my home and delivered the car to the Mercedes garage for repairs,all parties keep me informed of the progress. Looking at other reports It would seem they only offer a recovery service so you may well need extra cover via one of the other providers if your car is prone to breakdowns and you require a roadside mechanic . Perhaps someone from the company can enlighten us.

Really happy with the service, had car troubles and they were out within the hour. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They explained the process to me and offered to take my vehicle to a garage of my choosing. Luckily it wasn't anything too serious and they sorted it there and then at the roadside. Highly recommended.

My car battery was discharged. They could not offer to replace the battery but took my car to the nearest garage of my choice. The driver was very polite and done excellent job. Overall good service and good value for the job. I would prefer to stay with them.

it's not breakdown cover company. It's tow car company. they will not fix any issue. Person not even bother to check the issue. My car wasn't start. I rang emergency assist. After 2 hours person came and he didn't even check the car. he said he can tow to nearest garage. Basically this company only tow car to nearest garage. They will not repair anything.

You get what you pay for... purchased full breakdown cover including at home. This was purchased for my self , my husband, my son's. My husband had a problem with the car window wasn't going up, so couldn't make the car secure... Answer, sorry sir, can't help. My son car wouldn't start ...ring your breakdown, Answer, sorry we can't help...sorry? Yes that was the answer. They were willing to tow it to a garage ??? They were unwilling to even take a look at it. Very bizarre. As far as I can see, this company is a vehicle towing company... for off the motorway etc. So do your self a favour, purchase from a reliable company...I myself have now purchased RAC breakdown, they come to your need at home or anywhere.
