Stephanie and Jeff are amazing. It was difficult for me to get back into a positive routine and was nervous to join a new gym, but the culture here has been more than I could have hoped for. I feel extremely supported and motivated by the coaches and members. I highly recommend Dells Athletic Club.

Steph was able to put together a plan for my level of fitness, to overcome my obstacles, and to tailor to my needs. She has been fun to work out with and truly listens to me. I've been to several personal trainers and none that tailor to me personally like she does. She loves helping others and it shows!
