So this place is not where you park to access the bottom gulch, but I can tell you the hike is short and worth it. Park here to access the upper area and have a great view from below. Keep in mind, if you are looking to access Witches Gulch, you will not be able to get to the interior from here. That is the boat tours. This takes you up and above. See picture.
