For being right outside of the upper Dells it's a very quiet and nice place to walk. I don't know about the camping other than not a lot of people camp here so that might be quiet and nice too. Their trail, more like walking along a swamp is different in that you don't get to see that scenery in other state parks. Recommended!

Nice small park. Interesting cliffs to walk under. It was empty in the winter, with just the peaceful sound of snow crunching under our feet. You can hear the highway from the top of the forest trail though.

Very limited parking, but so worth the effort! One set of pit toilets open near the playground area - check for TP though! Walked around on some nice, fresh snow today. It was a brief but excellent visit.

Small jewel in the Wisconsin State Park system but completely worth a visit! Beautiful scenery, large bathrooms, easy hiking trails. The most beautiful Rock outcroppings I've seen.

A nice little gem just on the outskirts of the Dells. We took our dog with us and it was a nice little loop. There were two sets of stairs, pretty narrow and a little worn, between the lower trail and upper trail. You are close to the freeway so there was a constant traffic hum and pretty loud in the camp ground area (keep that in mind when choosing your site). But for us doing a hike, it was nice.
