Today I went to visit my Family at Wisconsin Memorial. It’s such a gorgeous building and holds memories for me as my whole family is laid to rest there. I needed a map and some information and was met right away by Garrett. The building smells so good and is aesthetically gorgeous. Garrett was very accommodating and we then met with Blaine who spent 15 minutes with us giving us a detailed map for our our visit there, which worked very well. I was amazed by all of the artwork and figurines and Blaine explained that families of the deceased donate from their collections. It’s such a historical building and feels almost like an art museum when looking at all of the donated collections. I felt I could imagine it on a loved ones mantle as a beloved piece and something to be looked at by families at a visit to their home. Now it can be enjoyed by all and keep that piece alive in the hearts of all who see it. My grandma used to take me to visit our loved ones as a kid and to put flowered, the bronze plaques and vases. Now I am a grown woman and can carry on that tradition. Wisconsin Memorial is a special place to me and will be my final resting place. Thank you staff at Wisconsin Memorial for keeping the ground and buildings and environment a place I can be proud of to visit my family.

Our family has been lifelong residents of Wisconsin. We have many relatives buried here. We moved out of WI to a warmer climate. Because of our health we don't get back to WI very often. We visited the graves and updated the flowers in 2011 and just again in Sept 2017. I was appaled by the condition of the crypts in the garden of the Last Supper. I remember my mother-in-law taking about how special the purchase of these mausoleum burials were for her and her husband. When we visited in 2011 tand we were surprised to see that the paint was peeling everywhere and there were overgrown bushes that should be removed. Also on one of the ground burials the date of death had not been put on the metal marker (dod was 1986 we visited in 2011, so there was plenty of time to take care of this). We brought this to thier attention and they apologized and said they would take care of it immediately. During our recent visitg the paint is peeling even worse and the metal death date on my husband's aunt is missing a fastening screw. Also the last supper marble carving has some of the digits missing on the carving. Is there no security? I would think you should have camera that keep an eye on things. This is terrible. If we had not made this 1500 mile trip we would have never known that things were not done as promised. I brought these maintenance items to thier attention again and was told that we are not to worry because the Garden of the Last supper is scheduled for a overall Maintenance which will include repainting everything. This is exactly what we were told in 2011!!!! This is not what my in-laws were told when they purchsed these expensive mausoleum burials and then encouraged thier friends to do the same. Time to upgrade and maintain our dear relatives graves as promised when you sold these burial places to them. This is unacceptable. 6 years ago we were told that this was going to be taken care of, only to see it had not been done and now it is worse!

Working with Scott for finalizing the arrangements for my aunt was a very good experience. He explained the options available completely and was mindful of the financial impact. After going out and looking at the burial site, Scott assured me that the headstone repair would be completed to restore new purchase condition, after the damage caused by our Wisconsin winters over the past 20 years.

Beautiful service for my mother. Wisconsin Memorial has again provided an excellent experience. Thank you for helping to make this difficult time the best it could be. Excellent customer service and compassion throughout. Jim was the celebrant and did a wonderful job with the graveside service. Lovely procession and final goodbyes. I highly recommend Wisconsin Memorial Park. Our family members are there back thru the 40's and Wisconsin Memorial continues to do things the right way.
