I would like to give a strong word of warning to those entertaining a membership contract. At the end of my 2 year term (September 24, 2020) I called and verbally canceled my membership. The location (Wisconsin Rapids) manager called back leaving a message asking if we could \talk about it \. I clearly stated my intent to cancel and had no desire to talk about it. On October 7, 2020 another membership fee was withdrawn from my bank account. I called the manager and left another message stating my desire to end my membership. After playing phone tag, I gave up attempting to call thinking that my request would have been noted and my membership canceled. On November 7, 2020, yet another membership fee was withdrawn from my back account. After several back and forth messages the manager stated that I needed to make an appointment to sign a paper. I left a message stating the best time for me to which she replied with a time and date (Dec. 2, 2:15 - 2:30pm). I arrived at 2:20 and was approached by a trainer stating the paper was left with her to give to me to sign, which I did. On Dec. 7, (69 days) after my initial request for cancellation, a 3rd withdrawal was made. I called the manager, who couldn't tell me the expiration date of the contract but said that the withdrawal cancels 1 month after the membership. So, 2 1/2 months and 114.00 later, my membership is allegedly canceled. Wisconsin has laws against \sunset clauses\ in contracts. They can not auto renew!!! I clearly stated my name and intent to cancel in September and they drug it out for 3 additional withdrawals. Be very leary of their busy practice in this regard. I am in the midst of determining my next step. I am a very reasonable person but what they did was dishonest and lacked integrity. Robin S.

Nicely equipped ATF with a good mix of cardio, strength, functional fitness, and group options. Delayed in The Rapids for post procedural physical therapy, this place was a refuge, and had healthy head vibes for me when needed most. Viva @AFRapidsWI , @AnytimeFitness !!
When I lived in Rapids I was a member here. Very clean with everything you need and some awesome trainers. Highly recommended joining. Thank you Emily for helping out since I moved. Greatly appreciate your efforts and for being accommodating.
All the equipment you'd need to trim down or pack on some muscle. Age don't matter. Just bring motivation.
This is the best gym in the area in terms of equipment, great people, and wonderful staff.
