I personally would not recommend this person to do anything. I think He takes advantage of honest people. I feel He ran up my bill with nonsense hourly charges like a bad attorney. After my bill was finalized over the phone (which I thought was ridiculous for the effort involved), I was sent an invoice for more than what was confirmed. I called immediately to question the bill and he just chuckled and replied, I will send you another one.
