Fish fry at the Chat-r-box is second to none. Even during these times when it is tough to go places, they maintain great distancing. The whole staff is masked up and everything. Now onto the food, which is probably why you have read this far. The fish fry here is phenomenal. To experience this to the fullest you need to order it in the restaurant and eat it there. When we have got this as a togo order sometimes the fries would be a little soggy and the fried cod would have lost a little crunch. Eating it fresh from the frier was the best way and I only had 3 soggy fries and that was because they said under the fish. Highly recommend this place. Side note, they even include hush puppies which are also great.

I stepped out of the box and had potato pancakes, sausage and scrambled eggs. These pancakes were the definition of perfection. Golden brown with the right crispiness yet they had a creamy flavor. So great.
The food is very good. Fish fry was great.
The food is always good the service is good. We love the owner Kathy such a great lady. She does so much for the community!
The waitress was amazing. She was the only Waitress working and she was just on the run helping everybody. The food was delicious
