We've been doing business with CFS since Sep 2006 (previously MailersPlus) and have happily referred a number of other companies to them. Centrally located in the Midwest, this is a great little company that provides excellent, customer-centered service. Very competitive rates. They are substantially better than our two previous (more expensive) service providers. They are very scalable... We fulfill 4 million in orders through them per year, but I know they have much smaller accounts as well. They've been accommodating and have been able to customize services for us on several occasions. They don't make mistakes very often - accuracy of over 99.8% - but when they do, they are quick to own up and correct them. As a CFS customer, I have the ability to log-in and see my inventory in real-time. In addition to their guard-controlled access to the facility, I can log onto their security server and view the warehouse's 14 security cameras via my web browser in real-time, 24-hours per day.
