I would never recommend this agency! They have a lot of new agents but it was a seasoned professional that I found to be very rude, unprofessional and arrogant. The correspondence I've received from this agency was belittling and crude, not at all what you would expect from a supposed professional agent. When I pointed out their behavior, no apology was offered. My property was listed for nearly 2 years and only one contact was made in that time. They have earned that rating of 3.1 and it is going to get lower. No results from this agency, just go somewhere else and save your time and money. 9-26-19 Never received a response from the company on this. I guess they really do not care about their clients. Bad customer service from both the Wisconsin Rapids location as well as the corporate office.

They listed a prior property that I owned last year as a Foreclosure...not true..the property was dismissed by the county of Adams on May 12, 2014.
