When we discovered over the weekend that the furnace was not sending out heat we called Guelzow. They had a serviceman there within the hour. He tried to get us heat for the remainder of the weekend but no luck! I thought we would have to wait a few days before anything could be done-new part or new furnace, but early Monday morning Jim had several options for me. After discussing these with both Jim and Tyler I was informed that we could have a new furnace installed that day...YAY! Could not be happier with the professional and courteous manner of all involved. Servicemen were very helpful and efficient-(sorry I didn't get their names). I thought the cost was fair and competitive and appreciate the quick service. I will definitely call Guelzow for any Heating or Air Conditioning needs.

We called on emergency over the weekend and wasn’t sure if it was a true emergency or not with our furnace. It was a terrible cold day (temps in the negative). DJ was on call he was so helpful and said he was in our area and would stop by just to be safe. He looked at it and said the inducer motor was going out. He would see if he had one on his truck. He didn’t have one, but said he would order one right away. He said if it would go out he could fix it to get us by. It made it just fine and DJ was out here on Tuesday morning and installed it right away! We will be switching to Guelzow for our heating and cooling needs. Thank you!
