Made an appointment for perm. Was called 2 hrs before my appointment was cancelled due to illness! Reschedule for the weekend was called that morning by the manager of whom was the stylist for methat my appointment has been cancelled again, because there were no more stylist that works there anymore. Found out that I was cancelled, because the manager was at a job interview. Tried calling corporate and have been hung up on every time. I've had perms here before, but I will not be coming back. This company does not try to make it right with the customers. Big loss on your part. I will have to find another place.

Staff was excellent and very friendly. The lady who cut my hair was charming and informative, which really helped since I just moved here. She offered great advice about the area. She also got my hair cut right on the first try. It was even on both sides. I didn't have to ask her to fix anything. I will definitely be a repeat customer and hopefully I will get her again.
I wasn't there just cause I am in Walmart doeant mean I was there.
Hours change randomly, sometimes salon is completely closed when it shouldn't be. They turn away customers. Been patronizing this business since 2005 but now I will have to go elsewhere.
Omg!! I love this place! I would definitely recommend this salon!! The beautician that I have cut and colored my hair is amazing. I am always VERY satisfied with the services that I get. The people are great, prices are perfect and benefits of signing up for free haircuts and discount is a major bonus! I have been a regular for quite a while and plan to stay. Thank you smart style for your amazing staff and my amazing hair!!! ️
Allison is the best stylist hands down. I will only go to her.

It i could give less i would this is 2nd appt i made and the store was closed .. i took off work to get my hair colored and 20 mins later and they still not here
