I would give this a zero if I could. My mother has had a storage shed there since 1999. She had a heart attack and a stroke in 2017. I went to put some things in her storage shed in April, the bottom of the door was broken and almost everything she had been storing for 20 years had to be thrown out. I dont know how long this door was like that. I cleaned everything inside and informed them the door needed to be fixed. They said they didnt know how long it would take, I told them that I had to clean out the storage shed because of the rodent problem because the bottom of their door was rotted away. I told them it needed to be fixed by that Monday and it was; so i guess there is1 star for doing that part. They were unconcerned and had no compassion for my mother losing things she had been storing there for 20 years. I paid her storage shed til the end of may, on may 14th they sent her an email saying the card was declined. I called them today and told them the payment was posted on may 1st and they recieved the funds. The woman informed me yes they received the funds but they had put my card on autopay without my permission and tried to charge it on the 14th of may when it's not due until June 1st for one thing, for another I never set up autopay, I live in Arizona and would never set up something on autopay in Wisconsin. The woman again was unsympathetic. I wonder how she would like it if a company just did those things to her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS STORAGE FACILITY
