Rented a duplex from an associate here. The owner lied about the garage across the street being part of the lease. Never fixed anything inside even though he admittedly kept the entire security deposit from the previous tenant. Disgusting carpets. Holes in doors. Patio door doesn’t even open. No fans in the bathroom. Flimsy (at best) hand rail on the stairs. Literally just tucked the Solarus cable up against the side of the house instead of taking any siding off to properly hide it. Looks like trash. Constantly having to move it to weed whack. There’s even garbage on the roof from the previous tenant. An Unethical old business man who clearly doesn’t care for any of his tenants. Just raking in the money and not fixing anything anywhere. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Makes me sick.

USE CAUTION: Have rented from this rude and dishonest man for 7 years. When he speaks to you he shouts and talks over you the whole time. It has been a nightmare and continues to screw his renters financially every chance he gets! He was caught by myself and The Housing Authorities for over charging me couple hundred dollars for rent over the course of a few months, can't imagine how many people they are doing this to and Not to mention he fixes things as cheaply as possible! It's like living in the money pit! The reason I've stayed here is so my daughter could keep going to the same school and is close to my work as well. Use caution when signing a lease with this company! They also charge 100 to apply for any property! And you do not get that back if you are denied. One more thing, they do require 60 days notice to move out! Found that bs out rest today......

Mike Zurfluh is both a cheat and a liar. When purchasing a house from him, his words are without merit and anything he promises will be taken back as soon as it can save him a buck. He doesn’t stand behind his brand or service, nor does he give you truthful information. If you purchase or rent from him, make sure you keep your paperwork in check, otherwise he will try his hardest to get out of one of his agreements, or cheat you out of crucial services. He sells neglected properties and takes advantage of the kindness you afford him. Also be prepared to spend thousands or more on fixing properties that aren’t up to code or otherwise in disrepair AFTER he states that everything is in order. Overall, Zurfluh reality is the worst realty service in Wisconsin, and you should do your best to stay away unless you want to be scammed into fixing up your new home and dealing with the possibility of lawsuits one way or another due to broken promises and contracts. Mike is a bad enough businessman, but even worse is that he is just as bad of a person who takes advantage of kind hearted people who are in a stressful time of their lives. Do NOT deal with this man or his company.
