Bairstow Eves sold our house within two weeks of it going on the market. Nick valued the property realistically meaning a quick sale and no time wasting in ‘trying’ a higher price and then having to reduce at a later stage. Lauren was on point in contacting the right potential buyers and not introducing people to the property where the spec/price was not within their scope. Loved the viewing confirmation by text which worked for me and saved phone interruptions whilst at work. Great work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to use again.

I have nothing but praise for the WHOLE team at the Witham Essex branch. At the moment they (Nick Webb) arrived to evaluate my property to the chasing up of other agencies involved to get the sale complete as smoothly as possible. The TEAM did all the showing around of possible buyers and there were quite a few, with no fuss and then constantly updated me (which to me is very important) on the viewings I don't normally give praise very easily as anyone who knows me will tell you, however on this occasion the earned and deserve my thanks on a job well done..

We were very impressed with all the staff at Bairstow Eves, especially Lauren. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and she made the whole buying a house process so easy for us. She was very quick to respond to any queries we had, and kept us up to date throught the process. She has also been very helpful after we had purchased our house with additional queries we had. We are very grateful to the staff at Bairstow Eves, it is the second time that we have used them. Nick and Lauren were both helpful, patient, professional and understanding. Nick helped us through a very slow, stressful and difficult sale. When our Solicitors did not respond to emails, or our queries, Nick chased, delved and sought answers, as to what was happening within our chain. I am sure that without Nick's support, we would not be exchanged.. We would like to thank both Nick and Lauren and we would definitely use this branch of Bairstow Eves again. Since completion we are now being looked after by Jack, who is looking into a mortgage offer for us. We would highly recommend this branch and a big thank you to all the supportive staff there.
