I am currently using CM to rent from and I can say it’s been quite a good service. Spoken to at least 3 different members of staff and they all have their own good qualities. Mostly dealt with by Becky and Dan and can’t fault them. Quick to respond via e-mail and always answer the phone when called and try to help with any queries I have. Have a great personal relationship and asks you questions about you and gets to know you rather than just another number on the system

I would also hugely recommend Dan - he was always just a phone call or email away when we had any questions or queries, and he was very professional and helpful with what would normally be an incredibly stressful time! I cannot recommend the team at CM (Witham branch) enough. Communication goes a long way, I cannot fault their service over the many years I have used them and will continue to do so. CM should be your 'go to' Estate Agent without doubt.
The whole team at cmRent in Witham have been nothing but brilliant to deal with in renting our new home. Becky has gone over and above to make everything as smooth as possible and communicated so well to us when there were a few unexpected hiccups in the process. Her colleagues Daniel and Catherine were also super to deal with, and a great support throughout. I am in the property field myself and I deal with a lot of agents on a daily basis, I can honestly say this team are one of the best I have experienced.
