Fantastic place, lovely people. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, it’s a whole world away from your traditional boring gym. I’ve been a regular for about three years now, and I have seen some amazing transformations in my own body composition and those that have joined since. We all workout as a team encourage and support one another through the daily workouts. It’s hard work, but the rewards are many and varied and the skills are often transferable into the real world. You can try it out on a free trail, but I would highly recommend the foundation course to give it a real try.

I started over a year ago, every workout is scalable to suit everyone's strengths and weaknesses. I feel so much better in myself, I started with bootcamp and now I'm over in the main class which I never thought I would be able to do, I cannot recommend this place enough. You have nothing to lose by just giving it a go.
