Just sold my gun to what I thought was a reputable and fair business how wrong could I be .After telling me my gun was not very saleable they were always being offered guns like mine the best they could give would be 50.,which due to circumstances i accepted. Within hours it was being advertised for over 500. Gutted or what.

Fantastic shop with exceptional customer service! My partner bought a pair of waterproof trousers and unfortunately they had a fault and split after an outing, despite having no receipt there was absolutely no query whatsoever and a full refund given. A lot of businesses could learn from this level of service. Also in the past I had a slight issue with the bolt on one of my rifles and despite not purchasing the rifle through Francis Lovel, one gentleman kindly fixed it for me at no expense. They have an excellent choice of cartridges, both game and clay at good prices and the shop is very well stocked with both sporting guns and clothing. I would strongly recommend a visit.
