An absolutely outstanding set up. such care and compassion in looking after me and my home for the past 3 years, it gleams like a new penny. As an elderly widowed gentleman, trust is key and Louise and her team are 100% trustworthy, professional and a joy to have around my home with their cheery dispositions. No job or request is too much, although most of the time I don't even need to ask, the job is already in hand, or even done. Louise on many occasions has handled personal matters for me to keep me organised, an ear to talk to when needed and she also makes a fabulous cup of tea. Highly recommended to one and all

We got off to a bad start using this cleaning company to clean our house when the Manager and owner Louise was unable to come out and assess the job before sending in some of her cleaners who then failed to do a good job. After a few hiccups and disappointing cleans Louise and her husband cleaned our house for 3 hours a week and generally did a good job. Unfortunately, things have just soured when they invoiced us 7.5 hours for what we understand to be a 6 hour deep clean which we paid in full but we have just queried it ( as we would any professional charging 25% over an estimate with no explanation or communication). They charge a hefty 15 to clean an hour so not an insignificant amount. I received the following email response: Dear Sally, we worked extremely hard in your home on that Monday and I’m sorry you can’t see that. As for the time, again I reiterate that I did say it might take less, it might take more; you wouldn’t question the builders or tradespeople you had in your home when they provide an estimate, you wouldn’t question a mechanic working on your car when they provide an estimate so why do you think it’s acceptable to question, and berate a bill from a professional cleaning company? And not just a company that’s been operational for 5 minutes, but over 10 years. As for my brother, he was the site supervisor on the post renovation clean for Mr and Mrs Beckham last year, and has cleaned properties for members of the Royal Family so he was more than capable and adequate to come and lend us a hand for a couple of hours cleaning your home, regardless of whether he knew your home or not. Please accept this email as notice that we will not be continuing with our services at all for you with immediate effect.
