Great place! There were items that we initially wanted that were not in stock, but the customer service made up for it. Herr Forster and Frau Pilz were very helpful and even though there was a language barrier, really made us feel welcomed and assisted us with all of our questions and needs. Forgive me if I messed up the names, still learning.

They did not have the item after we grabbed the tag from the floor. It would be nice if they marked things as out of stock. When at the register the lady was not pleasant when she told me they take German cards and German cash ONLY. I had both by the way. Feeling judged about being American, my money is just as good!
