Great drive through ATM. Pro Tip: unless you don't mind getting out of the car in the drive through, you need to pull up VERY CLOSE to this ATM. About an inch between your side mirror and the ATM for it to be a comfortable experience, though I suppose this is true for most.

I must be in the minority. I had questions about wiring money, and I was walked through the process by a caring manager. The assistant manager also proved a great help and genuinely friendly person, offering advice about how best to resolve my particular issue until the most knowledgeable person became available. I had no real problem conducting brief business here - and it WAS brief.

Terrible bank, awful customer service and always a 30 minute adventure regardless of how many or how few people are in line. The only good part about the long wait is getting to see and hear how poorly handle all of the upset customers. They are the best at redirecting and never actually helping. Avoid this location and this bank at all costs. Join TD Bank if you would like a good banking experience.
