Been to this location 100's of times. First time I've ever complained. Maybe the person was in a bad mood, who knows. On my way home from the hospital, all I wanted was a hot cup of coffee. Drive up, place my order, person repeats back the wrong order(I ordered XL regular sugar,extra cream- they reversed it) so I politely repeated my order. Drive up, get my coffee, drive home. Sit down to an xtra large cup of warm cream. Guess that's my punishment for being polite and tipping 1.50 on a three dollar cup of coffee. Thanks for that.

I love dunking. I get a dunkachino with an expresso shot every morning after I drop my daughter off at school. Then I go home and do my meditation. It’s part of my routine!
Service is good. Coffee is not good more often then not. The only reason I go there is for a quick, on the go decent coffee, not for a day starting cup of awful.
Busy in the morning 7am to 9am. Drive thru is the fastest way to buy your coffee ect.
The store supposed to work till 12.00am, when I went there at 11.30pm all doors was already locked and no one was paying attention on me even when they saw me. Unacceptable!
drive thru is always ridiculous no matter what time you go. I ordered through the app for a breakfast sandwich which I was able to do just fine, told them my order again at the speaker, again no problem. Pulled up to the window to get my order and was told they no longer have the item I order?? Prob wont go back again
They will randomly lock the doors but still allow people to order "walk-in" pickup through the dunkins app, so that when customers arrive they wont realize until they get out of vehicle, walk up to the door to find it locked and then find out they are now forced to jump in the drive-thru line with 30 cars waiting
Not a great experience. It was busy ...but it seemed to me that some of that was uncoordinated efforts in the back. My croissant was more like bread ot flaky, it was soft and chewy
