LOVE my new counter tops!!! In the kitchen we had a raised bar that we removed, which involved some construction. Dot was our designer and from the very beginning was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had a budget in mind and she was adamant about finding exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay, and met me at a number of different warehouses all over the place. The install was seamless and even though we had numerous people in and out, they were done in a short time and kept the area very clean. We are very happy with everything and highly recommend Horizon Interiors!

They did a great job in the time frame they said it would take. Came back out and fixed a few items twice. Never gave me a hard time about fixing things that I thought needed to be done. They helped me pick out the colors to match and sync with everything I wanted. Kept in my budget. AS you can see it went from drab plywood to beautiful cream.

Horizon Interiors recently did a project at my house. They replaced some horrible rugs with beautiful laminate flooring. The replaced some tired wallpaper with gorgeous paint! And my stairs were sanded down, refinished and painted as well. The various workers who were at my house were always very pleasant and professional. They worked many hours to make the finished project perfect! I would definitely recommend Horizon Interiors as my work was done on budget and they really took pride in having the finished product meet or really exceed my expectations! Thanks to Val, Dot and all the staff who worked on my home!!!

Went in to Horizon Interiors just to start my tile search. I was redoing the a master bathroom shower. I found them while looking to see places that sold Daltile, which I originally used in 2008 when my bathroom was originally done. Dot was very helpful in helping me choose tile that would compliment already existing tile around the tub. Everyone there made it very easy to order, pay and pick up the tile. Even when I needed more due to a design change. Can't thank them enough for making this part of the project easy.

We had a great experience with Horizon, renovating our kitchen. Even though our kitchen is relatively small, they were very responsive and helpful. They made the project easy for us by coordinating every aspect. They followed up promptly, did high-quality work, made adjustments to the project as needed and did a nice job trouble shooting for little issues that came up after the project began. It would be a no-brainer for us to work with them again.

We had a Bathroom completely remodeled by Horizons interiors. This was a completely gutted bathroom and a rebuild. The design phase was nothing short of Exceptional. There are so many options, features, colors, etc. to go through that you could spend days determining what to do. Erica did a Tremendous job of guiding us through this process. She designed the bathroom and helped us quickly come up with color schemes, vanities, fixtures, etc. We can honestly say that She sold this project. The project started off OK but soon ran into troubles because of the age of the home. We had plumbing problems that need to be addressed. Our furnace need to be addressed, and the condition of the floor had some issues. Once problems arise, the project schedule completely unravels. We seem to trip up a bit on resource schedules. Here is where the homeowner needs to be on top of the project a bit more. For "Our" project almost all communication was via Email. When you're managing a large project that unravels, you cannot be communications via email as it leads to frustration and mis-interpretations on both sides of the emails. Horizon Interiors needs to do a better job of having their Project Manager "On-Site" and talking to the homeowner either face to face or via telephone calls to prevent things from getting out of hand. In all fairness, this was a large project with multiple problems. Horizon Interiors did take care of them and we got through the project. The end result is, Our bathroom is absolutely gorgeous and we are extremely satisfied with the results. Word of caution when using them.... "Communicate verbally, frequently, and in person if possible". All said and done, I would recommend them and use them again if projects came up. They use High Quality product and do get the job done.
