Yesterday I asked for a kite without pepper and the attendant repeated it to make sure and when I got home, I ate and my mouth started to hurt and tingling, with some having a lot of pepper and others not. I don't know whose mistake it was but I'm feeling sick now because I have a tolerance imagine if I were allergic I would have gone to the hospital with a very serious situation so please pay more attention to your clients' orders. you are wonderful attending.

Michael was awesome! I visited late in the evening and even still, he was very friendly and personable. I've had some less-than-stellar experiences with other KFC locations, but Michael made me glad I decided to try this location. The next time I have a craving for KFC I will definitely come back here! :)

Received wrong food. Called store, no one ever answered. Calked customer support. They said the store would contact me. Never happened. Called again. They said they would contact area director. Still waiting for a call. Horrible food and customer support!
