I had service with Lexington Alarm for years. However recently when I was looking to upgrade. They canceled an appointment with less than 24 hour notice and deceived me about the reason why I came to find out. I went back and forth with them finally they sent a technician out and at that point told me they couldn't perform the service and would not disconnect service. I told he the technician to get out and he got aggressive and indirectly threatened me with profanity. I called the police who came to my home they called the Vice President and he would not release the name of his technician. Beware of this company. I believe they switched ownership and they don't protect you. They protect there own. There are more reputable companies out there you can feel safe with.
Lexington put a new system in my home. They did an amazing job. Their professionals were highly skilled, super polite, and cleaned up well after they finished. They explained the system to us in detail and their monitoring is right in line with all the other monitoring companies. They are local and easy to get in touch with. Their staff is very client centric and highly responsive. I would recommend Lexington Alarm to anyone who cares about their home or business security!!!

She truly cares about each and every customer. Her vast knowledge comes from years of training and being in the field. I had the pleasure working with Geoff at Lexington Alarms on two projects.They cover every field in security systems and offer a wide variety of services to choose from. He makes the process seamless and he's extremely professional and honest. An example of honesty is Geoff sat down with one of my clients wanting a security system and came to the conclusion they didn't really need or want a system. Someone else would've pushed them for a system they'll never use! You don't see that very often and its extremely admirable. For anyone looking for any type of security systems I would highly recommmend giving Geoff at Lexington Alarms a call.
