Inside pick-up today. Waited 5 minutes at 11:15AM for someone to get to us at pickup register. Waited 3 minutes to get register going. Waited 4 minutes to bring item out. They loaded into my pick up. Seems like a better quicker system without having to sign in should be considered. Nice people helping out in person. Not nice or knowledgeable people on phone!! (If they even answer).

Items were not easy to find. Customer service was lacking, especially at the register. He didn't offer to lift a finger to help scan larger items. On the other hand, they had some of the items I was looking for and at reasonable prices, but othee items were over priced.

You know its going to be bad when a tractor trailer is blocking the entrance to the store cause ppl are jamming up the road to get out. Was in the store for way longer than needed. Couldn't find Dewalt batteries in the Dewalt tools section. Finally got staff to show me where you have to grab a ticket/paper slip to get one. The staff member looked up the part, says they have it in store. Paid for the product. Showed the cashier the ticket so he could grab the item for me. Says its not his job to pick items. Even though right on the front of the ticket, it specifically says \show to cashier for item.\ Was told to go back down to tools and have some one else do it. Go back to the tools section. No help. Walk around to find staff. Finally stop staff, only to have him not understand what I was saying cause he didn't understand my English. He then passes me off to yet another staff member who looks for the part. Nope. We don't carry that item. Even though it says you have the item in stock. Went back to cashier who then passed me off yet again to customer service. Who was the only one in the entire store who could help me, and ended up getting a refund. Took almost an hour. Went to Home Depot. Took me 10 minutes. In and out of the store

Couldn't find an employee anywhere to help me locate a product. Finally found them all clustered in the returns section even though nobody was in line to make a return. Asked where to find my product was told Aisle 1. That was incorrect. Went back and asked a different employee and was told Aisle 14. Then went to lawn and garden but couldn't find an employee. Went BACK to the returns and ask them to page somebody, 5 minutes later no page, I left.

Only reason I am giving this place a 4 STAR because when you need help you cannot find anyone. If you find someone than they tell you to ask the person assigned to that isle, which I prefer but that person is nowhere to be found. Other than that the store is good, clean and friendly staff.
