Very prompt in service. Their service is very very good. They are not like other trailer washouts, they take their time and do it right. Walks the trailer down before and after. They really appreciate truck drivers and showed their appreciation and I appreciate the service from them. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! Awesome!!!

This was my first time in this place. I was treated with so much kindness and even given free lunch and a big thank you for the work we do as Truckers. This really made my day. I was taken care of by Antonio, a lovely gentleman, he was very kind and thoughtful, he did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them for your Truck and Trailer needs. Great Job .

I googled trailer washout M&L was close to me. After I checked in i got free lunch free coffee water , Anthony is great guy friendly he did amazing job , clean wash also i want thank you the lady owner of this place hw she treated well drivers as human thanks for the meal

Today was my first time coming to this truck wash and I left very impressed. I have never seen this type of service provided by any other shop. I was attended by Antonio who was friendly and had me in and out in no time. I was expecting to be here for a while like in most places, but before I knew it I was on my way to my next pick up. Not only did he leave my spotless from all the dirt and debris, I was also provided with a full meal and water! I have never seen this type of service before. This is going to be my new go to spot anytime I am in the area. This place made a trucker feel like a human for once. Thanks again!

Everyone very attentive, was checked in given a complimentary lunch a water bottle and was offered coffee, Antonio took very good care of the washout and when he saw my pup he gave it some milk bones great service! Thanks M&L. Ps: definitely will be back if I'm around!

Absolutely wonderful! Well worth the price (especially being so close to Boston with few other options). The people are genuinely nice, very thorough, and the free lunch with my trailer washout was perfectly timed with my stomach starting to growl lol. The lunch was also delicious. From a place called Apple Spice. I had the apple turkey and it was divine. I'll definitely recommend this place to all truckers in this area.

This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced. MIKE is excellent, very kind and customer service oriented. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth and even offered a box lunch, it is not often you run into kind people and great service but this place has it all.
