My phone was on as was the light, but it was completely unresponsive. I could not even shut it down. The clerk immediately took my phone apart, found the battery hot as it had been on since the night before. Within two minutes he had it working again. NO CHARGE! I certainly will return.

So Clean Of Woburn

In the past I have had good experiences at this store however last Tuesday I came in mid afternoon the young Hispanic girl waited on me. While discussing the price I asked to clarify whether the activation fee was 15 or 50, because initially I couldn't understand her. So she reassures me twice it is 15. Suddenly at this point she is speaking in very clear English. Especially when I heard the the "n" sound at the end of "fifteen" when I asked her to clarify. Twice. Lo and behold when she goes to ring up my purchase she tells me "Your phone will be 100 plus 29 for the protector (which she said was 19 initially) plus 50 (you guessed it!) Activation fee, totalling 179!!! Without warning I grabbed the cracked phone I am typing on now and walked out. She didn't try to stop me or question why I was leaving. I guess she was too shocked she wouldn't be able to pocket her 45. (Including the 10 she tried to skim off me for the protector also) The old language barrier trick didn't work. Nope, not this time! Maybe she can make it up by scamming someone else, unless of course they read this review.
