Mystic stepped in to very efficiently and quickly replace some siding on our house that was identified for repair during an exterior paint job. They were responsive, kept me informed on the timing and progress, and did a great job all around. Highly recommend.

I have had John and his crew work on our 120 year old building many times over the past 15 years, and I have been extremely pleased with his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and efficiency each and every time.
We have had John and his team work on many projects for us over the last 24 years including our addition, siding, windows and doors in our home. Every job that he has completed for us has been outstanding with very high quality and in a timely manner. He is very meticulous and very dependable. He is also very clean and neat. In fact, we often find that he leaves our clean house even cleaner than he found it. He is very knowledgeable about all of the aspects of his craft and has made great recommendations on areas outside of his domain. We will continue to rely on him for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone.
John always presented himself with respectful professionalism. We live in an 1860’s home and just renovated our full bath. We wanted a general contractor who could deal with any surprises that could potentially arise with an 1860’s home. The before and after photos are truly impressive. We watched and were guided through the whole process by John and his crew. Covid19 certainly presented us with some unforeseen issues-yet John handled them effortlessly and with few minor delays to the project. We were so impressed with each professional group (electrician, plumber, carpenter etc) and their skills and talented craftsmanship. Whenever there were questions about a certain step in the project or if we wanted to change something; John saw that it was taken care of promptly and professionally. He puts the customer 1rst and uses an ol’ fashion approach to doing business with people—a rare, pure and welcomed trait. We are absolutely thrilled with our bathroom and hope to use him again for future projects. We will also highly recommend Mystic Builders to our friends.
I’ve worked with John and his guys many times, and they always deliver great work with exceptional customer service - they really try to understand what you are going for in the finished product and work with you along the way to tackle any unforeseen issues that come up. Very responsive and they always keep us posted on plans and progress, with really good follow through - very focused on customer satisfaction, not just knocking stuff out and moving on to the next job. Highly recommended.
John and his crew has done multiple projects Bathrooms, New Windows created a Storage Area above our garage in our home in Winchester. We are now selling it and our realtor commented on the craftsmanship and how those have increased the value of our soon to be sold home. We will miss not having John around in our new state!
We've worked with John for 10 years in two houses. John is conscientious, gracious, does superb work always on time. For us he's done small odd jobs to full re-construction projects. Always a delight to work with.
John and team are awesome. Customer service is A -meets the needs of the customer; work done in a timely manner and very professional.
