ALWAYS a pleasure to visit this Pier 1 store. John and ALL the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. I never see a customer walk-out the door without a bag(s) in their hands. The store is ALWAYS neat and clean.

Used to be our favorite place to go look for home decor from all over. This last visit was disappointing - not sure if that because they are shutting down stores or their selection has dwindled over the years. Place was a veritable cornucopia of lanterns, all sizes shapes and colors along with a bevy of aromatic oils. Very limited home decor selections besides these - some furniture, pillows, rugs, dinnerware etc.
Place closed and empty. Should not have come up as option
The store has cute & festive holiday items for entertaining and decorating. Most recently I purchased a very cute cheese board. Only 4 stars because there were 3 employees @ the register (no other customers in the store) & they didn't greet me, barely acknowledged me at the register - continued in their conversation like I wasn't there, didn't offer to have an item shipped to me when there wasn't enough stock in the store & the entire time they were complaining about another employee (manager) talking very negative & unprofessional.
Had to pickup a few items for someone. I was cheerfully greeted as I entered the store. The staff coordinated my efforts and had my pickup ready for me within minutes. I was in and out without feeling rushed or inconvenienced with anything! Refreshingly friendly and welcoming. I had no problems with the parking either.
Perfect place to shop for that person that has everything. Quality household/decorative items. Ample parking.
Pier 1, I'm not surprised they're going out of business it's overpriced
Great selection for home decorations and furniture items. Colorful fabrics, good quality, reasonable prices. Helpful staff. We found a pair of chairs that fit our need perfectly. Even better...they were on sale (deep discount likely for a discontinued item). It had been a while since we had last gone to the store... we'll return sooner than later. All good.
