Right from the start, Paulo was professional and responsive! When assessing the project, he provided thoughtful and honest guidance for our vinyl fence needs. We received a quote soon after his assessment and the price was fair compared to other quotes we received. We were thrilled that Paulo and his team were able to start the job sooner than anticipated and they showed up as scheduled. Paulo was communicative throughout the whole process and responded in a timely manner to all of our emails and questions. We even had a nit-picky change to an area of our fence and Paulo and his team adjusted it without hesitation or reluctance. They truly want their clients to be satisfied while delivering a high quality result - and the result certainly surpassed our expectations! I found PR Fence through Craigslist; we had a decent experience with another large local fencing company previously, but there were some quality control issues, and I wanted to work with someone different. From the very beginning, we were treated both professionally and kindly, with excellent communication, and lots of style options available. We were kept informed of changes in scheduling because of rain delays, and the work that was done looks wonderful and solid. I can't recommend this company more highly.

First off, Paulo was very responsive, polite and efficient. You can tell he’s very passionate about his business and is keen to do high quality work to keep his customers happy. Starting from the detailed breakdown of what each component of the project would cost, down to the paper it was printed on (I had to text him specifically just to tell him it’s the most high-quality paper I’ve ever seen a quote/contract printed on - people think little things don’t matter, but it leaves such a lasting impression when done well), we didn’t hesitate to pay the deposit since the communication and response time was excellent. Paulo turned up on the day he said he would with a very hardworking team who did a terrific job installing our cedar wood fence and reinforced gates. I Try to be a ‘relaxed’ client as much as I can, but little things bug me easily when it’s even remotely craft-related - their quality of work is already high above average by default, no qualms about that, but Paulo was such a good sport about getting things done Just right to calm my fussy standards (sorry Paulo and team, you guys were so patient!!). Not only that, any improvement I suggested was met with such a positive, self-improving attitude that I really have to highlight the fact in this review. What impressed me even more was the fact that little suggestions I made to make my fence/gate more customized to my everyday ease of use, Paulo has confirmed he will do for all his future clients because it would improve their use of their gate/fence as well - this is really fantastic attitude and also further cements our decision to support small, emerging businesses as a good one. Thanks Paulo for the fence and gate, our puppy is having a blast running leash-free in her backyard - she woofs her thanks too! I highly recommend Paulo for your fencing needs.

After interviewing several different fence installation companies, we decided to contract with PR Fence because the owner, Paulo, was responsive, professional and just overall great person to work with. Not only was he courteous during the entire intake process, he came and managed and performed the installation himself! There was no bait and switch like typical business... he took our call, spoke with us about the project, came out to meet us to do the measurements, walked us through our choices, came to deliver the materials and on the day of the installation (on a Saturday) came with his team and worked till the job was done that same weekend. He even had to endure glaring from some less then ideal neighbors (the terrible neighbors is the reason we got a fence!) Yet, he got the job done, delivered well above our expectations And finished the job on time and on budget. We really appreciate Paulo and the excellent service and are hiring him again.
