I love this new store and couldn't wait for it to open, BUT they are relentless about me opening up a credit card. a simple NO isn't heard, I don't cave to pressure. I may stop going if doesn't stop. If I wanted one, I would open one up.Thanks

I just cannot believe how busy this place was there was literally over a hundred people in line with 10 to 12 registers open and just ringing in the cash, the outside line if you look in the picture and enlarge it to the left you'll see a lady in a pink shirt that was still about 20 people behind her that line was about 40 50 people long it's unbelievable like employees were lining up carriages like as if it were a race but the staff handled it well it's clean it's friendly it was a really nice experience as busy as it was, hope you enjoy.

I had a good time shopping. All the staff on the floor were friendly and helpful. My cashier politely asked me if I wanted a rewards card. I declined nicely. One of the managers proceeded to force me to open one. I kept saying no but she wouldn’t stop telling me the “benefits”. I felt extremely violated and uncomfortable with the way this manager cared so little about my choice. I said no for the final time and the manager gave me a rude look and walked away. Never returning to this Tj Maxx ever again! Completely unacceptable for a manager to act like this to a customer.
