Customer service representative at the service center was polite. I went in for a recall (software update) and a headlight. It took them 3 hours and 25 minutes. Instead of changing the bulb, they changed the whole headlight assembly and charged me 111. Never again.

I had a very good experience here it seems they've got things down pat came in for an oil change with no appointment I don't mind waiting a little bit it wasn't very long the waiting area was well spaced and ventilated the people were courteous and the price was right full synthetic oil change came I think53 dollars I will be back again to get my oil change again

Great experience! Mike the used car manager was great and kept in contact during the whole process. Vehicle was nice and clean and everyone was gloved/masked. Would definitely recommend!
