Serving authentic Manadonese cuisine, Woku Blangan is one of my most favorite lunch spot in Sabang street. The ready-to-serve meal set of rice meat veggies & Perkedel Jagung (corn fritters) is one of best-value package which is really good for budget lunch. Taste-wise, the food is also of decent quality with generous portion - definitely worth-trying. Fish menu such as Cakalang Pampis & Rica Roa and Chicken menu like Ayam Garo Rica & Ayam Woku are few of my most frequently picked menu, along with Buncis/Sawi tumis for a more balanced diet. Besides dabu-dabu, don't forget to try their Sambal Goreng for the condiment - I really like the spicy & sour taste from the mixture of tomatoes & chili plus lots of shallot making it so fragrant & savoury I can eat that with rice alone If you like corn & water spinach with porridge, you should give Bubur Manado a try. All Manado food is mainly spicy with different dishes having varied level of spiciness - Rica Roa is the spiciest food, beating Ayam Garo Rica & Cakalang Pampis. This place is always packed during lunch hour, so better come early or reserve your food since they might run out of certain dishes as soon as lunch time crowds swarm in. Beware of chili overheat! P.s.: A glass of hot tea would be a wise choice to help neutralize the spiciness.

Delicious food and reasonable price. I order cakalang, bakwan jagung, and papaya flower. Cakalang is delicious, but not my favorite bakwan jagung. Good place if you want find a manado restaurant with reasonable price

The best bubur manado (porridge) I've ever had. Fresh and delicious. Awesome nike (fried anchovy patties). The only boo: the second floor is a smoking area, although the first floor is non-smoking.
